How much does Planichapa cost? The free tier costs nothing. Full access is US$12 for 1 month, or US$79 for the whole year, always as a one-off purchase. Planichapa has a generous free tier. Full access is for people who take the pattern to the cutting table.

Questions about payment

How does payment work?
A one-off purchase, for 1 month or for 12 months. It is not a subscription: nothing is charged again at the end of the period, and there is nothing to cancel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, plus PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment is handled by Paddle, who are the seller of record: their name is what appears on your statement and on the receipt, and your card details are entered on their page — this site never sees your card number.
How soon is access granted?
Straight away. You will get an e-mail receipt as soon as access opens.
What if I already have access and buy again?
The period you buy is added to whatever is left, not swapped for it. Renewing early costs you nothing.
What happens when the period is up?
The account returns to the free tier, with unlimited calculations, 1 part a month in DXF, the 3D view and the history. Nothing is deleted, and you can buy again whenever you like.
Month or year: which is better value?
A month costs US$12; the year costs US$79, which works out at US$6.58 a month. For a one-off job the month is enough; if you cut plate all year round, the year saves money.
